Sports facilities split into two rough camps: welcoming to beginners, and built for people who already know their way around the equipment. Before you walk into ULTIMATE EMS FITNESS (POLIGON) in Konak, figure out honestly which camp you're in — new to the sport and everything feels intimidating, or years in and a basic setup feels thin. Pick based on where your own experience actually sits, not on what the name promises.
