Elle Cafe İzmir/Alsancak is one name on the coffee map of Konak — whether that map has three pins or three hundred is beside the point. Skip whatever you've heard about it, good or bad, order one cup, and give it an hour. What you decide after that says more about your own taste than about the place itself. That's the only test that actually counts.
